From October 4 to December 13, 2025, the Support the Idea Academy project was implemented – an educational online program that brought together young leaders and entrepreneurs ready to develop socially impactful business ideas.

Over the course of two months, participants, with the support of facilitator Adnan Pripoljac, went through the process of developing their ideas. The workshops covered key topics of business modeling: customer segmentation, defining the value proposition, sales channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources and activities, cost structure, marketing and promotion, legal challenges, finance, and fundraising. The program concluded with a guest lecture on communication and pitching an idea solution.

At the final presentation on December 13, participants presented their projects, and the best teams continued their journey through a mentorship program. Among the standout ideas were:

• a platform for discovering events,
• a motherhood-focused podcast,
• the Balkan Debate Academy,
• mental health workshops,
• a platform for hiring craftsmen and short-term service providers.

The implementation of the Academy was supported by the charitable foundation La Terra Nostra.
