The La Terra Nostra Foundation has successfully concluded this year’s Heroes of the Culture of Living event, continuing our work on the Initiative of the same name, launched last year. At that time, numerous organizations signed a Memorandum of Understanding, reaffirming their shared commitment to strengthening the culture of living in Bosnia and Herzegovina — particularly in the areas of traffic culture and waste disposal culture.
This year, we wanted to recognize those whose actions demonstrate that change begins with each of us. The call for civic action Heroes of the Culture of Living called for the involvement of as many participants as possible, with the aim of raising awareness that we can transform our communities through our own engagement.
