Tarik Kapić

Management Board Member

Tarik Kapić is Swiss and European Patent Attorney and Managing Partner of the law firm BOVARD with offices in Berne, Biel/Bienne and Neuchâtel in Switzerland. He is originally from Bosnia-Herzegovina but has lived in Switzerland since 1993. He holds an MSc degree in engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne and a postgraduate diploma (Master of Advanced Studies) in Intellectual Property Law from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich. Moreover, he holds a Master of Law degree from the Swiss Distance University Institute. Tarik has been active in various Swiss-Bosnian associations and is now member of the steering board of “i-dijaspora”, platform for development of Bosnia-Herzegovina by knowledge transfer between Bosnian-Herzegovinian diaspora in Switzerland and Bosnia-Herzegovina.
